Carrier Takes Centre Stage at Data Centre World London with AI Cooling Vision

At what appeared to be the busiest Data Centre World (DCW) event on record, Carrier stood at the forefront of the industry's cooling evolution, delivering critical thought leadership on its comprehensive life cycle solutions for the AI era – Carrier QuantumLeap™ solutions. By placing direct customer involvement at the heart of its programme, Carrier highlighted the vital role of collaborative innovation in meeting the rapidly growing demands of the data centre sector. Carrier is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Delivering vital real-world value at DCW London, Carrier’s expert and customer-led sessions tackled the urgent transition from legacy infrastructure to advanced, sustainable cooling for modern AI high-density computing. The educational programme demonstrated how an energy-efficient lifecycle approach, spanning from initial design to eventual upgrades, equips operators to overcome extreme thermal limitations. Crucially for the AI data centre sector, this strategy enables facilities to scale rapidly for unprecedented computational workloads without sacrificing operational reliability or sustainability targets.

Further cementing its industry-pioneering status, Carrier was honoured with the Security in Tech award for Nlyte® Device Management, part of Carrier QuantumLeap™ solutions. This recognition underscores the robust security, efficiency and intelligence embedded within Carrier's digital ecosystem.

“Winning the Security in Tech award for Nlyte Device Management perfectly caps a very successful DCW,” says Christian Senu, VP Global Data Centres at Carrier. “From high-calibre customer conversations to productive investor meetings, it’s clear the market recognises the critical value of Carrier QuantumLeap™.”

The Carrier stand served as a hub of continuous activity, hosting four dedicated seminar sessions daily in its purpose-built seminar room and holding press interviews. Attendees interacted with physical mock-ups of the comprehensive Carrier QuantumLeap ecosystem, featuring thermal solutions such as chillers, CDUs and CRAH, alongside controls and Service & Support demonstrations.

“Customers are asking for higher density without higher operational risk, and efficiency leaps they can measure and defend,” says Louise Vincent, Director Commercial Data Centres Europe at Carrier Climate Solutions Europe. “Carrier is focused squarely on close partnerships with data centres to translate new cooling architectures, smarter system control and life cycle support into real operational outcomes.”

Reflecting their global influence, the Carrier’s stand was selected for a visit by an international delegation of Chamber of Commerce leaders, greeted by Bertrand Rotagnon and Didier Genois, VP Climate Solutions Central Europe.
